- Owner Portal: Access your rental properties from anywhere in the world. This feature allows owner access to view payments, ledgers, expenses, statements.
- Tenant Portal: Allows tenants access to pay rent via portal, view balance ledger, submit service requests, message management.
- Government Housing/Section 8: We also specialize in Low- income housing also known as Section 8 housing. Any home can qualify depending on the area. We find you the tenants, submit the paperwork, setup inspections and government pays you direct every month.
Management Fees
- Management Fee: 7% of gross rent for Homes, Condos, Townhomes.
- Management Fee: 6% of gross rent for Two or More Units.
- Management Fee: 6% of gross rent for commercial properties.
- Finders Fee: $750 for Tenant Placement.
- Eviction Fee: $250 plus Attorney Fees.
- Inspection Fee: $75 Inspection Fee if Applicable
- Contract: Month to Month- Cancel anytime with a 30 day notice.
